Shipping policy
All orders not including personalization or stamping are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, if your order does include personalization or stamping, order processing will take 5-10 days, as this requires more time and attention to detail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $7.95 Economy (5-8 Days) and $9.90 Standard (3-4 Days) flat rate shipping to anywhere within the USA.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at both our Bossier and Texarkana storefronts. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days if it does not include any personalization or stamping. However, if it does include personalization or stamping, please allow for 5 to 10 business days as this will take more time and attention to detail. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to pick up.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification from us! If you have selected shipping, this email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopgiveme3@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
