Our 3-in-1 Aromatherapy Mist delivers a Spa like Experience for the shower, as a room spray and a linen spray. The Helping Hand Essential Oil blend delivers warm spice to improve mood, reduce pain and help you stay healthy.

Directions: Spray 3 -4 pumps of the mist into the hot steam of the shower or onto the shower wall allowing the essential oils to release into the air.  For large showers, use as needed. Can also be used as a room spray or linen spray - under your pillow is amazing!  150 sprays per bottle.
